Azurite Properties Ltd is based in Tudor, Mombasa, and has been operating across the Kenya Coast since 2018. We manage residential and commercial properties, assist buyers and sellers, handle lettings, and provide marketing support for developers.

We work with property owners who live locally and those based abroad. Our office is reachable by phone, email, and WhatsApp. We respond to all enquiries within one working day.

Property values in well-located coastal areas — particularly Nyali, Diani, and Vipingo — have generally increased over the past decade. Growth is uneven across the Coast and depends heavily on location, property condition, and title type. We recommend independent legal due diligence on all purchases.
